The tiny scarf is for Ruby the sausage dog!
Lorraine Kelly took to Instagram to share an adorable hand-made scarf she had managed to create following a knitting lesson from Tom Daley.
The presenter knitted a tiny scarf to fit her daughter Rosie Kelly-Smith’s Dachshund puppy, Ruby.
In a caption, Lorraine explained that Olympic diver Tom Daley had given her a lesson in knitting and taught her how to create her own first project.

British diver Tom has been known for his gold medals and stunning athletic performances on the diving board from a young age, but more recently he has been making headlines for his knitting abilities.
The Olympian has previously explained that knitting was a hobby he took up in lockdown and that he finds it de-stressing.
The diving star was even seen in the Olympic stands between events with his knitting needles and he revealed an impressive hand-knitted cardigan created to commemorate the Tokyo Olympic Games.

Tom recognised the attention his knitting projects were receiving and used the opportunity to raise awareness of an important charity close to his heart.
In a caption alongside the post of his now famous cardigan, Tom wrote, “Since my knitting page is gaining momentum, I wanted to take the opportunity to try and raise some money for the @thebraintumourcharity in memory of my Dad! Any donations would be greatly appreciated.”

Now, the Olympian’s knitting skills have become a separate Instagram account called @madewithlovebytomdaley and even has even launched his own clothing range.
No wonder he was such a good teacher to Lorraine!
